Labor Party (EMEP) deputy chair Selma Gürkan announced that ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) members have been objecting to the ballot boxes in Ankara where Republican People’s Party leader and Nation Alliance’s presidential candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu received many votes. They have been preventing the results from being transformed into data.

Mayor of the Çankaya district of Ankara, a CHP stronghol, stated that almost every ballot box in the district is being objected.

Workers' Party of Turkey’s (TİP) Antalya parliamentary candidate Yunus Başaran pointed out that in the polling stations where the opposition received high votes, the correct data have not been published due to continuous objections from the AKP members. He stated that there are even ballot boxes that were recounted seven times.

Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu and Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavaş also announced that they have not been able to receive wet-signed minutes from the polling stations in the three major cities where opposition receives high votes.

Kılıçdaroğlu posted a tweet and stated that Anadolu Agency has been manipulating the result. He said, "Our polling station observers and election board officials should never leave their posts. We will not sleep tonight, my people. I warn the Supreme Election Council (YSK), you have to ensure data entry in the provinces."

Additionally, dozens of polling station officials in Diyarbakır province have been waiting in front of the province's election board office. According to unofficial results, Kılıçdaroğlu received 72 percent of the votes in Diyarbakır.
