An indictment prepared by Turkish prosecutors for Deniz Bulutsuz is calling for up to a year-long sentence for "bodily harm," on the grounds that she injured Turkish actor Ozan Güven.

Güven, who is currently facing up to 13.5 years in prison for a June 13 attack on Bulut, denied the allegations and claimed that it was actually him who “suffered violence” at the hands of his former girlfriend. The famous actor in turn filed a criminal complaint against Bulutsuz.

A Sept. 9 indictment was sent to an Istanbul criminal court, accusing Bulutsuz of "bodily harm," calling for four to 12 months in prison on the grounds that the actress "wounded Güven's face and arm."
