Suspected case of coronavirus on Stockholm-Istanbul flight causes panic among passengers
A person was suspected to have been infected by the novel coronavirus on a Stockholm-Istanbul flight on March 10, causing a brief panic among the passengers. The person in question was later examined by an airport doctor who did not find any symptoms of the virus.

A passenger aboard a Pegasus Airlines flight from Stockholm to Istanbul was suspected to have coronavirus and was examined by a doctor after landing at Istanbul's Sabiha Gökçen Airport on March 10.
Turkish daily Posta columnist Işıl Cinmen wrote on Twitter that she and the other passengers waited for a long time in the plane as the doctor arrived in the plane to check the passenger.
The Pegasus Airlines later released a statement saying that the passenger in question did not show any symptoms of the virus according to the doctor's examination.
"Upon the suspected case of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our PC1280 numbered Stockholm-Sabiha Gökçen flight, the Health Ministry personnel was summoned to undertake the necessary examination. Following the examination, no risky situation was found, and all of our passengers were deplaned and taken to the terminal," Turkish media outlets quoted the Pegasus Airlines as saying.
