Turkey's competition watchdog fines Nestle 346 million liras
Turkey's competition authority fined Nestle 346.9 million liras ($11 million) for breaking competition law.

Turkey's Competition Board (Rekabet Kurumu) on Feb. 21 announced that it fined Nestle’s Turkey branch for breaking competition law.
In a statement, the board said it fined the company 346.9 million liras ($11 million) for violating the Law on the Protection of Competition.
The board explained that the company set the resale prices of its distributors and "imposed customer and region restrictions to its distributors."
The company can appeal to the decision before an Ankara court within 60 days.
