Woman threatens to 'blow up' plane, lights cigarette in a flight from Istanbul

A woman on a plane from Istanbul to Northern Cyprus threatened to 'blow up' the plane on the grounds that she was a member of the Gülen organization, the main suspect for the 2016 coup attempt. She also lit a cigarette and smoked it in the cabin.

A woman said she was going to 'blow up' the plane, lit a cigarette in the cabin, dressed a seat in a shirt and said she had 'bombs all over' on a plane from Istanbul to Northern Cyprus.

The woman said she was a member of the Gülen organization, the main suspect of the 2016 coup attempt, and that she was going to 'blow up' the plane when the plane was proceeding to the runway to take off.

The woman put a pink, princess-themed t-shirt over the back of a seat and and tried to burn a seat cover. She also lit a cigarette and smoked it in the cabin.
