Turkey’s military clubhouses and residences will be hosting health workers free of charge during the COVID-19 outbreak upon Defense Minister Hulusi Akar’s April 7 orders.

Some 254 rooms have become available to host health workers in Istanbul’s military residences.

The Turkish Military is also reportedly enforcing strict isolation for its troops and institutions to help slow the spread of the virus.
