Turkey will send thousands of units of medical supplies to Turkish Cyprus, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Serbia, the Official Gazette reported on August 28.
Ankara will ship 250 boxes of Favipiravir, the flu medicine used in COVID-19 treatment to Turkish Cyprus, and 10,000 boxes to Uzbekistan, along with 40,000 suits, 200,000 masks and 10,000 boxes of Hydroxychloroquin tablets.
Some 20 ventilators, 100,000 surgical masks, 10,000 suits and 10,000 boxes of Hydroxychloroquin tablets will be sent to Turkmenistan, while Serbia will receive 2.1 million surgical masks and digital x-ray and blood pressure measurement machines, along with basic supplies.
