Member of the ruling Justice and Development Partuy (AKP) Burhan Kuzu responded with a profanity to a false claim by a false account that he had attempted to join the new Future Party and had been rejected. Upon Kuzu's reply, the fake account responded with "Your level of manners is exactly why we REJECT YOU!" The official Future Party account released a statement that "an unofficial Twitter account has been used as a news source."

Member of parliament from the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) Burhan Kuzu denied, using a profanity, a false claim from a fake account that he had attempted to, but was rejected from entering the new Future Party.

The fake account for Future Party, recently founded by former prime minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, tweeted that all claims that AKP MP Burhan Kuzu had joined Future Party were false, that he had made attempts to join, but been rejected by the founders' council.

When Kuzu responded to the claim with a profanity, the fake account tweeted "Your level of manners is exactly why we REJECT YOU!"

The real account for Future Party released a statement following the conflict, saying that an "unofficial Twitter account has been used as a news source."
