A Turkish citizen’s interview with pro-Republican Fox News after passing The Mexico–United States border as a migrant has gone viral.

The migrant, who entered the Jacumba region of California from Mexico, told Bill Melugin from Fox News that he paid a cartel about 10,000 dollars to cross the border.

“In fact, American people is right, completely true. Who comes into this country? They don’t know. OK, I’m good. But how if they’re not good? How if they’re killers, psychopath, else? No guarantee of that. Like, no security, no security check, no background check,” he said.

He said it took him 24 days to come to the United States, and he traveled through Qatar, Dubai, Egypt, South Africa, and Brazil before he arrived in Central America and then to the U.S.

“When illegals care more about border security than Biden, you know he’s failed,” the Republican speaker of the House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, said in a social media post.

X’s owner Elon Musk replied to Johnson’s message, and said, “Seriously.”
