Duvar English - Turkish police on Aug. 3 raided the office of an Iraqi faith-healer in Istanbul's Başakşehir.
Mullah Ali Kalak, more widely known as Mala Ali Kurdistani, was not at the address at the time of the raid.
The raid was conducted after police received multiple complaints about the man beating up customers "to heal them."
Kalak last year left Iraqi Kurdistan, where he was being sought, and continued his "practices" in Saudi Arabia. He was arrested in February of last year in Medina, before resurfacing in Istanbul's Başakşehir.
