60 percent of Turkish people don't believe Erdoğan can fix economy
Some 60 percent of Turkish people are of the opinion that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan cannot solve the country's economical turmoil.

Nearly six out of every 10 Turkish citizens do not believe that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan can solve the country's economic problems, according to a new survey conducted by MetroPOLL Research.
The results of the survey were shared by the company's founder Özer Sencar on Twitter.
Some 59 percent of the survey respondents answered “No” to the question of “Do you think Erdoğan can solve the economic problems?” while 39 percent answered “Yes.”
The survey also gave a breakdown analysis of citizens according to which political party they favor. Accordingly, 90 percent of ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) voters believe Erdoğan-government can fix the economy, whereas 8.8 percent think otherwise.
Among the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) voters, the trust in Erdoğan was 73.1 percent, while over 90 percent of supporters of the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP), İYİ (Good) Party and Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) expressed their distrust.
The survey also asked participants if they thought “the opposition parties can solve the economic problems,” to which 53.2 percent answered “No.”
Some 78 percent of CHP voters believe that the opposition can fix the country's economic problems, whereas this figure was 69 percent for İYİ Party voters, 64 percent for HDP voters, 11 percent for AKP voters and 17 percent for MHP voters.
