Travelers returning to Turkey no longer to be quarantined in public dormitories
Turkey's Health Ministry will no longer quarantine travelers returning to Turkey in public dormitories, but instead track their isolation at their homes. The ministry will also evacuate travelers who are currently quarantined in public dormitories without their 14-day isolation period elapses, on the condition that they test negative for COVID-19.

Travelers entering Turkey after a trip abroad will no longer be quarantined in public dormitories, news outlet Haber Global reported May 20.
Turkey's Health Ministry sent out an official notice saying that returning travelers would be isolating at home, which the ministry would track remotely.
Travelers will also receive physical examinations at their point of entry, the notice added.
The Health Ministry also decided that returning travelers who are currently under quarantine would be released before their 14-day isolation ends, on the condition that they test negative for COVID-19 on their Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test.
Public dormitories' evacuation is reportedly aimed to end by May 23.
