Stubborn stray cat prevents man from using public transportation in Istanbul

A stubborn stray cat has prevented a man from using public transportation in Istanbul, the video recorded by the man showed. 

The footage shared by the Istanbul Municipality showed the cat insisting on not allowing the man to use his transportation card in the turnpikes. 

"Dude, allow me to pass," the man tells the cat after various attempts. 

"Alright, I give up," he says and uses another turnpike. 

The municipality shared the video on Twitter with the caption, "IstanbulKart can be used in ferries, subways, buses, tramways and groceries... sometimes." 

Istanbul is famous for its stray cats.
