A Turkish man with the initials H.G. on Oct. 29 attacked a Burger King restaurant in the southern province of Adana, injuring one of its employees, Demirören News Agency reported

Accordingly, the man went to the resturant and shouted “There is baby blood in your food,” attacking the employees, possibly implying that the chain supports Israel in the ongoing siege in Gaza.

He stabbed an employee with the initials E.S. in the stomach, who wanted to stop him. After the attack, the suspect was caught by the surrounding people. Upon notice, the police and medical team were dispatched to the location.

The employee was taken to the hospital by ambulance after receiving first aid. The attacker, on the other hand, was taken into custody.

The attack came after some groups attacked a Starbucks store in the southeastern province of Diyarbakır on Oct. 28, chanting slogans of "Down with Israel," "The Palestinians are not alone."
