Another Burger King restaurant attacked in Turkey over alleged Israel support
The Burger King in Turkey has been subjected to another attack as a man in Istanbul broke the windows of one of its restaurants, arguing that the fast food chain supports Israel during the ongoing siege and massacres in Gaza. The police detained the attacker.

A Turkish man on Nov. 7 attacked a Burger King restaurant in Istanbul’s Esenyurt district over the fast food chain’s alleged support to Israel during the ongoing siege and massacres against Palestinians.
The man broke the windows of the restaurant late on Nov. 7 while shouting “You will be held accountable for (Israel’s) attacks. Have they not banned you yet?,” Demirören News Agency reported.
The police detained the attacker on the scene.
Similar attacks happened in the recent weeks against Burger King, McDonald’s, and Starbucks stores in Turkey over their alleged support to Israel.
Some Islamist groups have also called for a boycott of the companies "supporting Israel" over the similar reasons, inviting restaurants to not sell their products, such as Coca-Cola and Nestle.
