A shocking video has captured a man narrowly avoiding being crushed by a huge panel in Istanbul during heavy winds on Nov. 29.

A man was seen walking on the street when the panel suddenly collapsed.

At least four people were killed and dozens of others were wounded as a result of the powerful winds.

High wind hitting Turkey's west side increased its effect in the country in the afternoon and toppled trucks and 18-wheelers on the move.

On the highway in Istanbul's Beylikdüzü district, some vehicles overturned due to the wind speeding up to 130 km/hr.

While the storm created huge waves in the coastal areas, it also caused parts and roofs of some buildings to fall in the centers of the cities.
